Overview
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use CaliLane, a product of Merrow Interactive. By using CaliLane you agree to these terms. CaliLane is currently preparing for testing, and features and terms may be updated as the product evolves.
Not medical advice
CaliLane is a general health and nutrition tool. It does not provide medical, dietary or clinical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions about your health, nutrition, training or medical conditions.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into CaliLane and for how you act on it. You should use the app in a way that fits your own health, goals and circumstances, and stop using any feature that does not feel appropriate for you.
Accounts and access
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if the service is misused or if required for security or legal reasons.
Health and nutrition information
Nutrition information shown in CaliLane — including calories, macros and recipe calculations — is provided as a helpful estimate and may not be complete or fully accurate. Values can vary between products, brands and preparations. Do not rely on CaliLane as the sole source for medical or clinical nutrition decisions.
App changes and availability
CaliLane is under active development. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.
Intellectual property
CaliLane, its branding, design and content are owned by Merrow Interactive or its licensors. You may use the app for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell or misuse the app or its content.
Third-party services
CaliLane may integrate with third-party services such as Apple Health or Health Connect. Those services are provided by their own operators under their own terms. CaliLane is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple or Google.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Merrow Interactive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of CaliLane, including health outcomes, data loss or reliance on nutrition estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
